Capabilities: Fly as fast as a Skywing. Stronger vemon. Quite agile.

Special Abilities: None.

Skills: Dodge attacks from prey and/or other dragons easily.
Weaknesses: Has very thin and weak scales.

Appearance: Main colour is a dark blue, can appear black sometimes. Some scales are a pure white and cannot change colour. Oftentimes has various bags and pouches on neck/arms/tail.
Body: Tall, slender build. Longer neck and tail than a regular Rainwing.
Head: Regular size. Longer, more curly horns.
Face: Has some white scales dotting her face.

Wings: Larger than a regular Rainwing's wings. Huge amounts of white scales.
Arms: Halfway appear a light blue or black. Some white scales.
Legs: Hallway appear a light blue or black. Has more white scales than arms.
Tail: Longer tail and halfway appear a light/black/yellow. Medium amounts of white scales.
